The professional will oversee the entire procurement process—from negotiation through service execution—working collaboratively with construction teams and other involved departments, ensuring contract compliance, adherence to schedules and corporate objectives, as well as preparing cost and supplier performance reports. If you identify with this profile and share Pollo Engenharia’s values, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: * Plan and analyze the need for procurement of construction services; * Develop, analyze, and negotiate technical scopes and service contracts; * Lead negotiations with suppliers and service providers, seeking optimal cost, schedule, and quality; * Monitor the procurement process, execution, measurements, and contract closure; * Ensure compliance with agreed-upon deadlines, scopes, and contractual conditions; * Collaborate closely with construction, planning, budgeting, and legal teams; * Prepare performance, cost, and supplier evaluation reports.
