Operational planning and personnel administration ***The Seres Group, in partnership with ID LOGISTIC, is recruiting professionals for the position of OPERATIONS LEADER.*** **Requirements:** Completed Bachelor's degree; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **Responsibilities:** * Control and monitor goods movement, ensuring effective execution of activities; * Perform operational control, directing hourly production to meet targets; * Analyze customer demands and plan operations according to available resources and productive capacity; * Conduct shift handover, reporting current conditions and pending tasks; * Perform equipment and vehicle checklist verification and validation; Respond to audits as required per unit certifications; * Administer area personnel routines, including vacations, days off, absenteeism, turnover, and hour bank; Perform related duties as directed by immediate supervisor. **Salary:** * Salary expectation **Working Hours:** * Availability to work on rotating shifts **Work Location:** * Extrema/MG.
