Managing personnel routines and operational planning. ***The Seres Group, in partnership with ID LOGISTIC, is recruiting professionals for the OPERATIONS LEADER position.*** **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **Responsibilities:** * Control and monitor goods movement, ensuring effective execution of activities; * Perform operational control, directing hourly production to meet targets; * Analyze customer demands and plan operations according to available resources and productive capacity; * Conduct shift handover, reporting current conditions and pending tasks; * Perform equipment and vehicle checklist verification and validation; respond to audits when required, in accordance with certifications established for the facility; * Administer area personnel routines, including vacations, days off, absenteeism, turnover, and overtime bank; perform related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Salary:** * Salary expectations **Working Hours:** * Availability to work on rotating shifts **Work Location:** * Extrema/MG.
