Manages the equipment lifecycle, including warranty screening, maintenance, configuration for reuse, and proper disposal of electronic waste. Coordinates shipping logistics, ensuring correct packaging, system-based stock write-offs, and order tracking to guarantee on-time delivery and adherence to operational quality standards. * Obtain material quotations from suppliers, seeking optimal pricing and delivery timelines. * Assist in preparing purchase orders, verifying inventory replenishment needs and adhering to internal company procedures. * Monitor material delivery processes to ensure compliance with specifications and established deadlines. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records, including material receipts and issuances, facilitating supply control and management. * Collaborate in preparing managerial reports, providing relevant information on supply department performance. * Participate in periodic inventories, assisting in physical material counts and identifying potential discrepancies. * Interact with other company departments, such as procurement and technical teams, to align supply requirements and ensure process efficiency. * Contribute to optimizing procurement and inventory processes by proposing improvements and participating in cost-reduction initiatives. * Stay current on trends and emerging practices in the supply field, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.
