Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end inventory and asset management, overseeing the equipment lifecycle and coordinating shipping logistics to ensure operational quality. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of procurement and inventory processes Responsible for end-to-end inventory and asset management, covering everything from receipt and verification of invoices to controlling material and furniture turnover. Manages the equipment lifecycle, including warranty screening, maintenance, configuration for reuse, and proper disposal of electronic waste. Coordinates shipping logistics, ensuring correct packaging, system-based stock write-offs, and order tracking to guarantee on-time delivery and adherence to operational quality standards. * Obtain material quotations from suppliers, seeking optimal pricing and delivery timelines. * Assist in preparing purchase orders, verifying inventory replenishment needs and adhering to internal company procedures. * Monitor material delivery processes to ensure compliance with specifications and established deadlines. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records, including material receipts and issuances, facilitating supply control and management. * Collaborate in preparing managerial reports, providing relevant information on supply department performance. * Participate in periodic inventories, assisting in physical material counts and identifying potential discrepancies. * Interact with other company departments, such as procurement and technical teams, to align supply requirements and ensure process efficiency. * Contribute to optimizing procurement and inventory processes by proposing improvements and participating in cost-reduction initiatives. * Stay current on trends and emerging practices in the supply field, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills.
