About the job Our Health team is seeking a Nursing Technician to work at our factory in Poços de Caldas - MG, delivering humane, safe, and legally compliant care aligned with Danone’s Corporate Health guidelines. * Implement occupational health examinations (pre-employment, periodic, change-of-risk, return-to-work, and termination) in accordance with NR-7 requirements. * Organize the unit’s clinic, ensuring: + Up-to-date medical records; + Medication control; + Maintenance and monitoring of emergency equipment. * Monitor and plan care for absent employees in collaboration with Corporate Health Management. * Ensure excellence in service delivery to employees and contractors, positioning the clinic as a benchmark for care within Danone Brasil. * Provide urgent and emergency care, administer first aid, and accompany employees to hospital facilities when necessary. * Support Corporate Health Management in monitoring strategic indicators, including: + Health and wellness programs; + Clinical and occupational follow-up of cases. * Promote and participate in educational initiatives related to occupational health, reinforcing a culture of prevention and well-being. * Operate in accordance with the EDP operational model, which runs 24/7 with high demand for examinations and consultations, as demonstrated in internal reports from the Health Operations team. About you * Completed qualification as a Nursing Technician. * Active and up-to-date COREN-MG registration. * Up-to-date knowledge of Regulatory Standards and applicable labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience and/or familiarity with the SOC (Occupational Health) system. * Experience in industrial settings or large-scale enterprises. * Prior experience working in multidisciplinary teams. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
