




Job Summary: Network Assistant responsible for assisting technicians in network construction and maintenance, activating customers, and learning all operational areas. Key Highlights: 1. Network Assistant Salary: R$1735.00 (paid on the 5th business day via Itaú Bank) Meal Allowance: R$300.00 (pro-rated, paid every 15th) Transportation Allowance: 6% Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break at the worksite. (Lunch break may be shortened only with supervisor approval). Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Flexible Hours System: Leave requests must be submitted 10 days in advance; leave cannot fall immediately before or after a holiday. Vehicle: - Traffic violations automatically identify the driver; deductions appear on the payslip; reimbursements, if claimed, also appear on the payslip. - Vehicle delivery includes a checklist; monthly inspections are conducted; vehicle return requires completion of a return checklist. - Driver is fully responsible for vehicle storage and maintenance. Tools, equipment, and materials: User is responsible for their storage and maintenance. Network Assistant is an outdoor role performed under direct sunlight, assisting network technicians in network construction—including utility pole installation, optical fiber deployment, and pole equipment mounting—as well as supporting installation teams in activating internet plan customers and fusion technicians in activation and network maintenance activities. The purpose of this position is to develop the professional’s expertise across all areas, enabling growth alongside the company. Prerequisites: Class B driver’s license (for cars) and willingness to work hard and learn.
