Job Summary: Professionals needed to work on the construction, activation, and maintenance of telecommunications networks, including end-customer installations and on-call shift coverage. Salary: R$1850.00 \+ 30% (Paid every 5th business day via Itaú Bank) On-call / Shift Allowance: R$600.00 Meal Voucher: R$700.00 (Paid on the 15th of each month via Solides card; we deliver the card; payment is prorated based on days worked) On-call Activation: First hour counts toward regular banked hours; additional hours are paid as overtime. Banked Hours: Paid every 90 days. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM Saturday: 8 AM to 12 PM Punctuality is non-negotiable. COMPANY POLICY: We do not issue advances or salary advances. The vehicle is collected daily from the base; it is not assigned permanently to staff. The technician is fully responsible for the vehicle. Vehicle swapping between technicians is strictly prohibited — the vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, and any fines incurred are the technician’s responsibility. Technicians are responsible for the safekeeping and proper maintenance of all materials, tools, and equipment assigned to them. If requiring a transportation voucher, present your bus pass; we issue it biweekly from the payroll department, deducting 6% from the base salary. Technicians work either independently or in pairs, depending on operational requirements. On-call service may be required at any time, including weekends, holidays, New Year’s Day, Christmas, within city limits, or even remote rural areas — this is standard telecom work, and network restoration is mandatory. Activities include network construction (cable laying, pole equipment installation, pole erection, etc.), network activation (CTO, CEO, and splitter installation, etc.), active network maintenance (fiber breaks, signal attenuation, pole replacement coordination), end-customer installation, and equipment removal when necessary — summarized key responsibilities.
