With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation industry and today have expanded our operations across Brazil, delivering diverse solutions through the six companies comprising our Group — positioning us as one of the best and largest logistics groups in the country and a sector reference. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform loading/unloading, stowage, and storage of cargo strictly in compliance with POP (Standard Operating Procedure), respecting labeling, quantity, volume, weight, and cargo type — whether in trucks, on platforms, on pallets, in cages, or loose. * Be responsible for arranging cargo inside vehicles, stowing it to maximize space utilization, safely and orderly, while complying with Weight and Dimension Regulations; * Prioritize goods requiring movement for loading; * Scan goods using barcode scanners during loading and unloading; * Inspect for damaged goods during vehicle loading; * Inspect for damaged goods or poorly stowed cargo upon truck arrival; * Other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 4 months’ tenure with the company and 4 months in the most recent position; * Completed elementary education; * Completed high school education (preferred). * Experience in truck loading and unloading; * Availability to work afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday (Mon: 6:00 PM–11:06 PM / Tue–Fri: 1:00 PM–10:42 PM / Sat: 12:30 PM–5:21 PM); **Additional Information** * Productivity bonus (monthly) * Afternoon shift premium allowance * Paid overtime * Meal voucher * Gympass * Health insurance (after probation period) * Dental insurance (after probation period) * Pharmaceutical benefits (after probation period) * Performance-based rewards program (annual bonus) Here, we create paths to reach our dreams.
