Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling inventories, managing receiving and shipping logistics, and ensuring food and operational safety. Key Highlights: 1. Team collaboration to ensure product integrity **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred); * Forklift operator training; * Driver's license category "B"; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety; * Intermediate computer skills; * Experience in food or beverage industry preferred. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control internal and external inventories of raw materials and finished products using software, dashboards, and spreadsheets; * Register suppliers and carriers in ADMBR; * Conduct inventory audits jointly with the Controller's Office; * Ensure workplace safety, participate in daily safety meetings (DDS), and engage the team in safety best practices; * Generate logistics operational indicators: inventory occupancy, shipping times, and freight costs; * Assist in developing standard operating procedures for receiving, storage, and shipping; * Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure quality standards; * Generate picking maps to streamline operational routines; * Arrange freight contracts for receiving and shipping; * Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, if certified; * Collaborate with production, quality, and transportation teams to ensure product integrity; * Support logistics documentation and record management; * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations; * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization.
