**Job Description:**
Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies; identify hazards; advise on proper use of PPE; investigate accidents; prepare reports and technical assessments; monitor and inspect compliance; promote safety awareness; ensure employee safety;
**For this position, prior experience in manufacturing plants or industrial environments is required, along with at least one year of experience in this role.**
**Requirements:**
\- Completed high school education; (mandatory)
\- Technical course in Occupational Safety; (mandatory)
\- Knowledge of PGR (Risk Management Program), PPP (Previdenciary Occupational Profile), PPRA (Environmental Risk Prevention Program), PCMSO (Occupational Medical Control and Health Program), among others;
\- Regulatory Norms;
\- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
\- Driver's license
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Implement and manage Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies.
* Identify, assess, and control occupational hazards.
* Develop and implement prevention and education programs in OHS.
* Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, proposing corrective actions.
* Recommend the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and PCE (Collective Protective Equipment).
* Participate in expert inspections and regulatory audits.
* Manage safety documentation and regulations.
