If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Execute necessary actions to maintain and continuously improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, observing working conditions and identifying adverse situations through inspections and systematic application of legislation and corporate procedures, in order to preserve employees’ health and physical integrity, as well as disseminating awareness for preventive action on relevant safety topics. **Detailed Description:** * Monitor partner companies’ compliance with occupational safety laws, inspecting work areas/sites (in the field), assessing behaviors and risk agents, and guiding employees toward appropriate conduct. * Prepare, organize, and deliver training sessions, as well as conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS), Brigade Meetings, Pre-Talk Meetings, and others as needed. * Perform critical analysis of the safety scenario, update safety indicators, map unsafe conditions and behaviors, and establish corrective actions to resolve issues preventively and remedially, also providing guidance on training, Engineering Controls (EPCs), Personal Protective Equipment (EPIs), and related programs. * Evaluate safety documentation from suppliers accessing company premises. * Evaluate safety documentation from suppliers performing activities, such as Risk Analysis (APRs), Pre-Talks, Permit-to-Work (PTs), etc. * Conduct safety inspections at construction sites, warehouses, and work fronts, issuing notifications when deviations occur. * Conduct inspections to authorize critical activities, such as working at heights (harnesses/scaffolds) and lifting operations. * Monitor and investigate all occupational incidents/accidents, visiting the site, verifying conditions, analyzing accidents collectively, preparing reports, and recommending appropriate preventive and control measures. * Carry out activities required to comply with occupational safety legislation as planned, supporting CIPA processes, simulation exercises, and mandatory training. * Support management in conducting critical unit-level processes, assisting in developing training maps, risk management, operational procedures, and others, focusing on health and safety aspects. * Prepare reports comprising occupational health and safety indicators, as well as monitor indicators for third parties under supervision. * Assist senior professionals in area-specific processes, leveraging their experience for self-development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Technical Education in Occupational Safety; * Proven experience in the industrial sector; * Experience in medium- and large-scale construction projects; * Proficiency in MS Office tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the food industry; * Certifications in NR-18, NR-12, NR-35 (Working at Heights), and NR-33 (Confined Space Work); * Knowledge of current legislation and occupational safety standards. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Ituiutaba/MG * Working Hours: 7 AM to 5 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gympass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
