Job Summary:
A professional responsible for inspecting workplaces, identifying hazards, training employees on safety, developing and implementing risk management programs, and investigating accidents.

**Responsibilities:**
* Inspect workplaces and construction sites to identify existing hazards, verify the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and prepare reports requesting corrective actions for identified non-conformities;
* Train and guide employees regarding causes of occupational accidents, proper use of PPE, and existing workplace hazards, aiming to raise employee awareness to prevent occupational accidents and diseases;
* Develop and implement the Risk Management Program (PGR), register the Occupational Accident Communication (CAT), prepare the Occupational Health Profile (PPP), prepare the Technical Report on Working Environment Conditions (LTCAT), in compliance with regulations issued by the Ministry of Labor and the National Institute of Social Security (INSS);
* Inspect fire extinguishers and fire hydrants, verifying their conditions and validity periods, sending them for maintenance when necessary, and maintaining a regular validity control system;
* Investigate and analyze occupational accidents and diseases, visit the incident site, assess environmental conditions, collect data from witnesses and the injured person, prepare investigation reports, recommend necessary corrective actions, and issue the Preliminary CAT;
* Train, guide, and support Internal Accident Prevention Committees (CIPA), Fire Brigades, and First Aid Teams;
* Act as intermediary with service-providing companies, guiding and supervising safety-related matters to prevent occupational accidents;
* Submit technical and administrative analyses related to personnel safety to the HR Management.
**Working Hours:**
* Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:30. Occasional afternoon/evening availability required once or twice per month for laboratory inspections.
**Salary:** R$ 4.224,00.
**Requirements:**
* Valid Class B driver's license (CNH B);
* Relevant work experience;
* Completed Occupational Safety Technician course;
* Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office suite;
* Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation (NRs, CLT, etc.), awareness of workplace safety issues, and report writing skills;
* Documentation related to the field.
