Job Summary: Corporate and contractual consulting role, focusing on corporate transactions, Due Diligence, and drafting/negotiating various commercial contracts. Key Highlights: 1. Communication with stakeholders in corporate transactions 2. Drafting and negotiation of various commercial contracts 3. Strategic management of deadlines, risks, and conditions CORPORATE CONSULTING AND CONTRACTS * Communication with stakeholders in corporate transactions; * Participation in Due Diligence processes; * Drafting of corporate documents; * Drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts, including: i) Commercial and strategic partnerships; ii) Real estate contracts; iii) O\&M, EPC, and service provision contracts; iv) Purchase and sale agreements, etc. * Strategic management and monitoring of deadlines, risks, and conditions; * Monitoring of legislation; **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support in drafting various contracts and partnership agreements; * Mapping and control of litigation-related and subsidiary-related risks; * Deadline tracking and drafting of powers of attorney; * Support in drafting various pleadings based on responses to legal inquiries. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Law degree * Registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) * Specialization in Contract Law and/or Tax Law is a plus * Advanced/Fluent English * Desired: experience in strategic corporate litigation * Desired: knowledge of telecom products and services At Selpe Gente e Gestão, we believe every career is unique and every professional journey deserves to be built with purpose and the right connections. **We specialize in connecting talents with opportunities that truly make sense.
