We seek an organized, analytical professional with a focus on supporting networks of accredited establishments. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support for networks of accredited establishments * Verification of blocked payments * Analysis of sales vs. payment reconciliation files * Sales and payment reconciliation * Sales reversals * Fee and tariff reversals * Verification of tax retention charges * Analysis and handling of fee disputes * Registration correction (bank account details, e\-mail, phone number, and Salesforce) ### **Education** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree ### **Experience** * Experience in **administrative services** ### **Computer Skills** * Microsoft Office Suite ### **Other Desired Skills** * Customer service * Best practices in customer service * Proficiency in customer service systems ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and cooperation * Analytical mindset * Strong interpersonal relationships with internal departments and team members * Clear and objective communication * Empathy, with the ability to put oneself in the customer's place for effective problem resolution
