Job Summary: Kitchen assistant responsible for maintaining organization, sorting, cleaning, and handling food items, as well as monitoring expiration dates and food storage conditions. Assist the cook by sorting and cleaning utensils and food items. Peel, cut, grate, and perform other food-handling tasks according to instructions. Check expiration dates, verify food storage conditions, and monitor inventory availability in compliance with Sanitary Surveillance regulations. Work schedule: Monday through Saturday; Sundays off.
