Job: Occupational Safety Technician \- Construction Sites Description: **To work in Paripe \- Salvador \- Bahia** We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician to work on construction sites. The professional will be responsible for ensuring employee safety during task execution, identifying and correcting potential hazards. Responsibilities: * Conducting safety inspections on construction sites; * Developing and delivering safety training to employees; * Monitoring the implementation of accident prevention measures; * Assigning and supervising the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Determining routes and machine usage; * Signaling areas with hazards; * Managing PPE inventory / distribution and usage; * Conducting incident analysis and proposing process improvements; * Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Maintaining up-to-date safety documentation. * Developing action plans to control identified risks; * Hazard prevention and site inspection on construction sites; * Managing workplace accident cases; * Participating in developing and implementing occupational health and safety policies; * Conducting occupational health and safety (OHS) situation assessments on construction sites; * Identifying variables controlling diseases and accidents; * Quality of life and environmental protection; * Developing educational initiatives in occupational health and safety; * Integrating negotiation processes; * Participating in adopting technologies and work processes; * Investigating and analyzing workplace accidents and recommending preventive and control measures. Requirements: * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety; * Prior experience in construction site environments; * Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs); * Ability to identify and correct safety issues; * Strong communication skills and ability to deliver training; * Organizational skills and attention to detail.
