The **Ramp Team Assistant Leader** will perform ramp handling operations (sorting, loading, and unloading) on aircraft safely, with quality and punctuality, ensuring process efficiency and contributing to customers’ perception of the company’s services—particularly regarding baggage and cargo handling, as well as flight punctuality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the company’s mission, vision, and values are implemented; * Lead the ramp assistants and equipment operators for a given flight, ensuring all prescribed processes are executed with focus on operational safety and strong operational performance (KPIs); * Report directly to the shift Operations Leader; * Plan flight handling activities with the team based on airline-provided information, paying attention to special cargo and other flight-specific requirements; * Ensure customer baggage performance through correct handling and organization of cargo and baggage, and by monitoring connecting baggage (arriving and departing on the assigned flight); * Ensure flight punctuality performance; * Develop improvement action plans when necessary; * Manage the handling team through briefings, debriefings, and corrective actions during operations, as needed; * Ensure team adherence to standards set by airlines, airport authorities, and dnata regulations, always prioritizing operational safety; * Contribute to achieving KPIs and performance targets established by customers; * Ensure all ground handling personnel comply with established safety and operational procedures; prioritize operational safety; * Manage information critical to safe and effective operations; * Prioritize operational safety, performance outcomes, and people development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in airport operations, preferably in aircraft handling; * A completed bachelor’s degree is a plus; * Flexibility regarding work hours; * Proactivity, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Knowledge of customer service processes; * Leadership ability and people management experience in dynamic environments. **Additional Information** It is nearly impossible to walk through an airport in Brazil without seeing the **dnata** logo.
