Job Summary: Customer service and administrative support professional responsible for welcoming tourists and pilgrims, presenting the Sanctuary Complex, and assisting with events. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting tour guides and trade participants Currently, Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce (OSID), a philanthropic organization with approximately 9,000 employees, operates one of the largest 100% free healthcare complexes in the country, performing about 5.6 million outpatient procedures annually. We serve users of the Unified Health System (SUS), elderly individuals, people with disabilities and craniofacial deformities, people experiencing homelessness, individuals using psychoactive substances, and children and adolescents at social risk. The organization offers a unique service profile nationwide, distributed across 21 centers providing assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop new ways to welcome tourists/pilgrims/romeiros; * Propose improvements to processes carried out by this position. * Support the center by assisting tour guides and trade participants; * Collect administrative materials from the warehouse; * Provide telephone support and administrative assistance in specific cases. * Be available to provide first contact assistance to tourists; * Present the Sanctuary Complex and direct visitors to its various spaces; * Speak about Salvador’s tourist churches; * Present Dulce Tour itineraries; * Present the Sanctuary Complex passport; * Enable children’s rides on the "Kombinha" (small bus); * Participate in organizing fairs and external events hosted by OSID; * Welcome visitors and organize the space; * Handle sacred images and materials provided for events with care; * Support event guests; * Assist with infrastructure before and after events; * Record tourist counts based on data collected by reception agents; * Count buses, vans, taxis, origin locations of each pilgrim, number of passengers on the Salvador Bus, and frequency of tour guides visiting the space; * Conduct weekend checklists for all Sanctuary Complex areas (for staff working at the complex); * Produce daily reports on activities performed during shifts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: ongoing undergraduate studies in Tourism, History, or related fields; * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles. **Additional Information** * Transportation allowance; * Cafeteria; * Health and dental insurance.
