




Job Summary: The professional will work at the bar counter serving beverages, cocktails, and snacks, attending to customers and waitstaff, as well as performing cleaning, sanitation, and restocking tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Direct service at the bar counter, serving beverages and snacks 2. Responsible for cleaning and organizing the bar 3. Managing inventory replenishment of items required for bar operations **Reporting to the Executive Maître (I or II), performs duties at the bar counter serving beverages, cocktails, juices in general, and/or “snacks” (olives, nuts, cheeses, peanuts, cold cuts, spreads, etc.) to customers and/or fulfilling waitstaff requests.** **At the start of the shift, clean the bar and counter (freezers, sink, floor, etc.);** **Sanitize glasses, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, etc.;** **Restock the bar with alcoholic beverages (wines, beers, whisky, liqueurs, etc.), glasses, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, plates, cutlery, skewers for “snacks”, soft drinks, fruits, napkins, salt and pepper shakers, toothpicks, salt shakers, etc.;** **Organize materials and utensils on the counter;** **Authorized by immediate supervisor to submit specific requisitions to the warehouse;** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
