Sales target and strategy monitoring **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \- 08:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ * Manage store processes and personnel; * Conduct resume screening and interviews; * Develop and implement strategies and actions for team training, development/motivation; * Keep the team updated on internal processes and company guidelines; * Regularly align sales guidelines/strategies with the team; * Conduct sales and provide support to the sales team; * Serve customers in person; * Serve customers in a receptive manner; * Actively prospect customers using the CRM tool; * Prospect new customers externally via PAP (door-to-door) activities and at strategic locations; * Monitor/register local customers in the CRM to build a customer portfolio; * Monitor registration of new proposals in the system; * Monitor customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales; * Monitor rejected applications from the analysis desk for possible re-evaluation; * Jointly monitor sales origination with the regional office; * Send invoices to customers after sale completion; * Participate in store action planning together with the regional office; * Follow sales guidelines provided by the regional office; * Monitor progress toward targets; * Provide feedback to the team; * Conduct post-sales follow-up with customers; * Purchase consumables, office supplies, and cleaning items for the unit; * Send physical copies of contracts and invoices to Head Office; * Prepare financial reporting for the unit; * Collaborate with the regional office to define marketing actions (once per month); * Monitor store delinquency; * Assist in maintaining the store’s appearance and presentation. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree: Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * **Benefits:** No benefits provided
