Customer prospecting and commercial relationship management **Objective of the External Commercial Consultant** Deliver financial solutions to Brazilian merchants' lives through a product portfolio including **BRASILCARD** (credit card) and **BOLT** (card machine). **Employment Type** \* PJ (Pessoa Jurídica / Legal Entity) contract; **Responsibilities** \* Merchant prospecting, training, follow-up, and after-sales support. \* Supervision of external sales team; \* Development of commercial strategies and performance analysis; \* Monitoring team goals and performance; \* Prospecting new customers and maintaining the existing client portfolio; \* Customer and partner relationship management; \* Prior experience in financial products/services is desirable; \* Regular meetings, trainings, and field visits with the team; \* Familiarity with PAP routine required; **Compensation Model** \* Fixed salary; \* Commission-based remuneration with potential for high earnings; \* Commissions based on product adoption, recurring revenue from active card issuance, merchant turnover, among others; Job Type: Freelance / PJ Payment: R$6\.000,00 \- R$6\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance Work Location: On-site
