Financial and inventory management DESCRIPTION Monitor customer information registration performed by the team, ensuring data quality and consistency to maximize mailing effectiveness for customer contact and product promotion. Manage store inventory of products, materials, and supplies, placing replenishment orders in accordance with company-established supply policies. Analyze requests for defective part replacements, providing customers with feedback based on evaluation/problem assessment, in compliance with company exchange/warranty policies. Perform daily store cash closing, consolidate data, verify amounts, and ensure accuracy of information reported to the Finance Department/Head Office. Monitor daily store performance, key indicators, and operational results; analyze reports and implement actions to ensure team performance and achievement of agreed targets. Participate in various meetings and alignment sessions organized by shopping center administrators, reporting and following up on collective initiatives with responsible parties as needed. Conduct monthly meetings with all associates to maintain team alignment toward achieving agreed targets. Regularly report achieved results to supervision, flagging difficulties and proposing corrective actions for identified deviations. Participate in results presentation meetings with the Commercial Directorate, demonstrating revenue, post-sales action returns, and action plans for achieving agreed targets. Maintain the store’s physical infrastructure, requesting repairs from the responsible department, guiding store cleaning activities, and assigning sections to responsible individuals as required. Comply with and enforce Rommanel’s Internal Regulations concerning ethical and general employee duties, uniform policy, working hours, absence rules, personal appearance, payment methods, benefits, and related topics. Ensure high-quality service to both internal and external customers per company-defined procedures, safeguarding institutional image and customer satisfaction. Ensure team motivation and appropriate qualification for optimal performance, in line with company policy—participating in hiring processes, work schedule planning, attendance control, promotions, dismissals, and identifying and addressing professional development and training needs—aiming for people management focused on excellence, economic performance, and reinforcement of company values. Manage tasks assigned to the team, reviewing ongoing activities, reassessing priorities, and providing support to resolve deviations or difficulties, ensuring timely delivery per agreed deadlines. Ensure preparation of the budget aligned with annual planning, with appropriate forecasting of material, labor, and service expenses for validation by the Directorate, while also coordinating long-term budget forecasting to achieve planned results. Promote innovation within the scope of responsibility to deliver high-quality service, aiming to improve processes with a focus on cost reduction, efficient and effective problem resolution, and overall effectiveness. Ensure quality, reliability, and confidentiality of services and information generated by activities under responsibility, safeguarding the company’s institutional image and stakeholder satisfaction.
