Perform vehicle diagnostic, inspection, preventive, and corrective maintenance services according to procedures pre\-established by the manufacturer and/or Enzo Group, aiming to resolve mechanical issues while ensuring service quality delivered at the business unit. * Perform technical vehicle diagnostics to define the scope of required services; * Ensure the integrity and preservation of received vehicles, as well as customer belongings; * Execute mechanical and electrical services, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures; * Ensure customer satisfaction regarding contracted services; * Ensure agility, quality, and safety in executed services, avoiding rework.
