We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main responsibilities:** * Contribute to inventory management reliability at stores by properly monitoring and controlling physical movements; * Conduct inventory audits, including cold rooms, and perform stock counts; * Patrol workplace premises to conduct effective observation aimed at ensuring company and customer safety; * Carry out preventive approaches according to established protocols to minimize risks and losses within the company environment; * Contact the Military Police, Municipal Guard, Child Protection Council, SAMU (Mobile Emergency Care Service), Fire Department, or any other competent authority as needed for proper incident handling; * Represent the company when filing police reports, attending police stations in person or using online reporting formats, whenever applicable; * Open and close the store within pre-determined hours to deactivate and activate the alarm system, assuming responsibility for safeguarding access keys; * Request repairs for any item belonging to Koch Group assets; * Perform other related tasks as required or requested by the immediate supervisor. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Prior experience in this role is desirable. #### **Benefits:** * Unimed health plan; * Dental plan; * Cafeteria with coffee; * Baby kit; * Life insurance; * Training programs; * Transportation allowance; * Monthly performance target; * Uniform; * College tuition assistance; * Disciplinary evaluation; * Five-year service award; * Professional advancement; * Daycare assistance; * Purchase discount program; * Pharmacy discount program;
