If you enjoy operational routines, team management, and process monitoring, this opportunity may be right for you. **Salary:** To be discussed **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring and supervising platform activities * Organizing loading and unloading routines * Controlling yard/platform movement and organization * Supporting and guiding the team in operational activities * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures * Conducting operational monitoring and unit controls * Contributing to the organization and efficiency of daily processes **What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education (higher education in related fields is desirable) * Prior experience in this role or in operational/logistical activities * Knowledge of loading, unloading, and platform organization routines * Basic understanding of occupational safety and adherence to operational standards * Ability to lead teams and monitor activities * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity * Basic computer skills (spreadsheets and internal systems) * Flexible availability Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month Work Location: On-site
