Come be part of our universe and write your story with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the department’s schedule and appointments; * Dispatch and verify documents; * Provide administrative support to the commercial department; * Manage contracts requested by the department (fixed-term, barter, etc.); * Enter invoices related to departmental requests into the system; * Manage purchase requests from the department; * Update departmental control spreadsheets; * Insert broadcast schedules (maps); * Receive, verify, edit texts, and send materials to the production department; * Prepare commercial proposals for digital platforms (using PowerPoint and Excel); * Monitor DFP clients (using Excel); * Generate online platform broadcast schedules (maps). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel, and solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with Google tools; * Experience with enterprise systems, preferably Protheus and CRM; * Strong sense of discipline and ethics; * Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships. **Additional Information** * Restaurant and cafeteria benefits; * Transportation allowance; * Unimed Health Plan including telemedicine via AIS Unimed; * Uniodonto Dental Plan; * Childcare allowance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * SESC membership; * Pharmacy discount program; * Life insurance; * ND University (our internal training and course platform); * Guia da Alma — an online therapy platform.
