Job Summary: A professional responsible for manufacturing and maintaining rotating cutting tools, ensuring compliance with specifications and production efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Performing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure process precision The Tool Grinding and Manufacturing area is responsible for manufacturing and maintaining medium- and high-complexity rotating tools used in machining processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities for this position include: * Preparing and processing materials: cutting, inspecting, and performing technical adjustments on tungsten carbide blanks to ensure compliance with drawing specifications; * Maintaining cutting tools: performing specialized grinding of high-speed steel (HSS) tools to extend service life and enhance production efficiency; * Preserving assets: performing preventive and corrective maintenance on axial burnishers to ensure precision in finishing processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory requirements for this position: * Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, toolmaking, or related fields; * Knowledge and experience in machining areas; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Familiarity with types of machining tools applied in this field; * Proficiency in using measurement and control instruments; * Experience handling cutting tools and maintaining the work environment.
