If you identify with this role and want to join a motivated and continuously evolving team, apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your challenges will include:** * Providing **clarifications** regarding coverage doubts, limits, and deadlines; * Facilitating **medical-hospital service authorizations**, observing respective requirements from health insurers, such as UTD (Utilization Guidelines), requests for submission of medical reports or complementary exams; * Handling **patient transfers**, coordinating with Itsseg’s medical team / insurer / client; * **Recommending healthcare providers**, considering the beneficiary’s plan network and the procedure to be performed; * Guiding and directing the insurer on **pre-reimbursement requests** and **reimbursement timelines**; * Addressing, together with the client, potential **invoice payment delays**, which may lead to **suspension of services**, as informed by the insurer, Itsseg’s finance department, or other channels; * **Tracking payments**, invoice settlement, and **service reactivation** (when applicable); * Requesting **payment deadline extensions**, for invoices sent within the agreed timeframe; * **Directing** internal operational teams regarding requests for **duplicate invoices** and **cards**; * **Contacting** Itsseg’s document courier (if needed) to collect/deliver documents; * **Sending checklists of documents** required by insurers to proceed with medical-hospital reimbursement or life insurance group benefit indemnification; * **Notifying** clients and/or **tracking resolution** of **document-related pending items** identified or requested by insurers during reimbursement, claims processing, and life insurance indemnification; * **Guiding** on procedures for **funeral assistance** and **travel assistance**; * Responding to email requests within a maximum of **24 business hours** from receipt; * **Recording** all **support interactions** in Itsseg’s operational module; * **Immediately informing** the **coordination team** of any **incidents** or relevant information observed during support activities; **Requirements and Qualifications** **It would be important that you have:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel – **intermediate level**); * **Mandatory** experience in benefits operational routines; **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program; **In addition to these benefits, we offer:** * Excellent work climate, light, welcoming, and dynamic environment; * Birthday day off; * Pharmacy card; * Benefits Club (various partnerships offering exclusive discounts); * Sesc partnership; * Discount on our products (insurance); * Discount on movie tickets; * Total Pass (Gym Partnership); * Auster – Emotional balance enhancement; **Working Hours:** **Work Location: Joinville / SC** We are a global fintech that **connects people and technology to deliver personalized solutions** in insurance, reinsurance, benefits, cybersecurity, and other areas.
