This role requires on-site work. Founded in 2003, GERAR is a non-profit social organization whose mission is to promote social development through educational initiatives and job and income generation, enabling people to become protagonists of their own stories in a more just society and a sustainable planet. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver theoretical and practical classes for the subjects outlined in vocational training courses, in accordance with the course syllabus and the institution's pedagogical plan; * Develop lesson plans and submit them to the pedagogical coordinator for validation, ensuring alignment with institutional methodology and objectives; * Implement and facilitate complementary projects in the classroom, focusing on developing technical, socioemotional, and professional competencies; * Promote integration between theory and practice, linking course content to labor market contexts and the professional realities of youth; * Participate in trainings and capacity-building sessions organized by the institution to ensure teaching practices align with GERAR's methodology. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering or Logistics; * Teaching experience in classrooms or delivering training sessions. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (VA) or meal voucher (VR) of BRL 30.74 per working day (when daily working hours exceed 6h10); * Transportation allowance (VT) or Pluxee/Elo credit card of BRL 12.00 per working day (no payroll deduction); * Birthday day off; * Wellhub/Gympass (charged to credit card); **Working Hours:** * Tuesday: 08:00–12:00 * Wednesday: 08:00–14:00 * Friday: 13:30–17:30 Since 2003, GERAR has operated as an influential non-profit social organization driving social transformation across Brazil.
