Job Summary: Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks, assist in organizing and maintaining environments, and manage materials while adhering to safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting activities with a focus on biosafety Job Description: * Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks within the internal and external areas of the Unit, using appropriate materials, tools, and previously defined routines; * Assist in the removal of furniture and equipment; * Separate recyclable materials for disposal (glassware, paper, food waste); * Restock restrooms with toilet paper, towels, and liquid soap; * Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed; * Perform duties following biosafety and/or occupational safety standards and procedures; * Maintain the cleaning supplies storage area organized; * Clean and maintain utensils, furniture, and general equipment to keep them in proper working condition; * Perform kitchen duties (heating water and milk, washing dishes, cleaning tables and chairs, drying and storing dishes, making coffee, washing coffee carafes, organizing the area, etc.); * Report to department leadership any need for maintenance or repair of machinery, electrical systems, and plumbing; * Clean equipment, facilities, and utensils whenever necessary; * Notify customers when cleaning the store floor by placing the appropriate “Caution: Wet Floor” sign; * Attend meetings and training sessions scheduled by department leadership and management; train, instruct, and transfer company activities and standards to new employees.
