Job Summary: We are seeking a Pole Supervisor with people management experience to lead teams and ensure operational success. Key Highlights: 1. People management experience 2. Performance-based bonus **POLE SUPERVISOR** **Location:** São Francisco do Sul/SC **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30 PM–7:30 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (only 4 hours) **Salary:** BRL 3,000.00 \+ performance-based cash bonus on revenue (BRL 1,000.00, potentially higher) **Benefits:** Meal allowance R$300.00 \+ transportation allowance (VT) or fuel assistance R$200.00 \+ tuition assistance \+ health assistance plan. **Requirements:** * People management experience; * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, etc. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Performance-based bonus * Tuition assistance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Fuel assistance
