Possibility of monetary bonus **POLE SUPERVISOR** **Location:** São Francisco do Sul/SC **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (only 4 hours) **Salary:** R$ 3,000.00 + monetary bonus based on revenue (R$1,000.00, potentially exceeding this amount) **Benefits:** Meal allowance R$300.00 + transportation allowance (VT) or fuel assistance R$200.00 + scholarship + health assistance plan. **Requirements:** * Experience in people management; * Currently pursuing or completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, etc. Minimum Education Level: Higher Education * Fuel assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Scholarship * Performance-based bonus
