An attorney's mission is to provide legal advisory services to the company—both preventively and in litigation—analyzing and suggesting appropriate measures to safeguard interests and ensure legal security for the company’s actions and decisions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Engage in preventive legal practice and judicial proceedings, reducing costs wherever possible; * Draft legal opinions; * Represent the company in judicial and extrajudicial hearings; * Monitor legal proceedings under one's responsibility; * Respond to legal inquiries raised by the company; * Lead legal proceedings and assist management in decision-making; * Implement preventive measures in departmental routines to protect the company’s rights and interests; * Propose strategies to achieve success in legal proceedings, meeting the company’s expectations; * Fulfill document and information requests from third-party law firms; * Draft and analyze responses to extrajudicial notices, administrative proceedings, and judicial proceedings; * Prepare internal circularization and contingency reports for the company; * Monitor the management of general and narrative certificates issued to the company; * Update monthly legal department performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree \- Active OAB registration; * Relevant work experience; * Broad-based legal knowledge; * Driver's license category B.
