If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Perform administrative tasks within your area of expertise, acting as a facilitator in task execution and supporting area professionals, while also consolidating data related to internal processes, drafting, typing, and providing necessary information for departmental work—requiring monitoring and adherence to company guidelines, standards, and procedures. **Detailed Description:** * Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating third-party service contracts. * Monitor contractual deadlines, validity periods, renewals, and amendments, maintaining updated records in internal systems. * Organize and archive physical and digital documents related to contracts. * Support the collection and verification of suppliers’ legal and fiscal documentation (certificates, invoices, etc.). * Monitor contract performance and compliance indicators, reporting inconsistencies. * Support internal and external audits by ensuring timely provision of information. * Handle departmental administrative requests, such as report preparation, spreadsheets, and communication with suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Business Management, or related fields is desirable). * Basic knowledge of contract and administrative process management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Intermediate-level MS\-Excel user (working with multiple worksheets and workbooks; using formulas: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and text manipulation; utilizing PivotTables, PivotCharts, data validation, duplicate removal, and worksheet protection). * Knowledge of unit conversions (e.g., kW\-MW, kg\-ton, m3\-liters). * Understanding of invoice issuance process — analyzing invoice data. * Basic use of SAP BW module — placing orders to suppliers and entering Measurement Reports. * Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential. **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Proactivity and a sense of urgency. * Ability to work effectively in teams. * Commitment to deadlines and quality. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment type: 100% on-site * Work location: São Francisco do Sul/SC * Working hours: 08:00 \- 17:30 **Benefits Included in This Role:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * TotalPass partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
