Job Summary: The Construction Assistant ensures that on-site activities are executed in accordance with project specifications, procedures, and schedule, supporting management and supervision. The Construction Assistant's mission is to ensure on-site activities are executed correctly, based on proper project reviews, procedures, and the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect ongoing services; * Request materials from contractors; * Monitor purchase order implementation and contract signing; * Support preparation of Addendum Requests; * Train teams on Safety Instructions (IS's); * Monitor projects and revisions; * Prepare and verify Field Verification Reports (FV's); * Actively participate in company-wide quality, safety, and other programs; * Ensure third-party services comply with cost, schedule, quality, and safety requirements on construction sites; * Assist management in supervising construction execution; * Monitor the arrival of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and project tools; * Ability to read and analyze project documents.
