Pedagogical Management** * Plan, organize, and monitor the unit’s pedagogical development. * Ensure correct implementation of the YES! Idiomas methodology. * Monitor lesson quality and student progress. * Analyze pedagogical indicators (retention, attrition, academic performance). **2\. Teacher Mentoring and Development** * Conduct initial and ongoing training for teaching staff. * Observe classes (class observations) and provide structured feedback. * Support teachers in lesson planning and classroom management. * Facilitate periodic pedagogical meetings. **3\. Student Experience and Success** * Monitor student performance and attendance. * Intervene in cases of low academic performance or attrition risk. * Provide pedagogical support to students and their guardians. * Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement. **4\. Academic Processes** * Organize placement tests and assessments. * Validate class formation. * Maintain academic records and daily class logs. * Ensure adherence to the academic calendar. **5\. Collaboration with Commercial and Administrative Departments** * Support the commercial team with pedagogical arguments. * Participate in retention and re-enrollment initiatives. * Contribute to pedagogical events and educational marketing activities. * Align requirements with unit leadership. **6\. Quality Management** * Ensure standardization of pedagogical processes. * Implement continuous improvements in teaching. * Uphold academic excellence across the unit. **7\.
