Let’s go? **Program Details** ------------------------ Throughout the entire journey, participants may be assigned to **multiple teams** and will have **direct contact with Rubeus team leaders**. They will join **personalized learning paths**, filled with incredible challenges and opportunities. Get ready to learn **A LOT of valuable knowledge in a short period of time**. Here are the areas you’ll get to explore: * HR and Facilities * Support and Projects * Marketing and Sales * Legal and Finance * Systems Development and Integration **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Your Daily Challenges** Undoubtedly, your top priority is C-O-M-M-I-T-M-E-N-T. But here are additional ones that will contribute to your growth: * Participate in immersion activities into Rubeus culture, consuming content about us and our products. * Observe and assist the team you’re embedded in. * Organize tasks under your responsibility, communicating consistently with the team. * Participate in feedback rituals and present what you’ve learned and delivered in each rotation cycle. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **What We’re Looking For (The Rubeus Profile)** * **Dedicated students:** Technical or undergraduate students (any field!), with at least 1 year remaining before graduation to complete the internship. * **High energy:** People who enjoy working with others, embrace challenges, and aren’t afraid of the new. * **Availability:** 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, onsite. ### **What Can Set You Apart** We don’t expect you to know everything—but we do expect you to be **“addicted” to learning**: * **Proactivity:** Don’t wait for work to come to you. If you have spare time, ask to learn something new or help a colleague. * **Clear communication:** In a tech environment, the obvious must be stated explicitly. Writing well and expressing yourself confidently in meetings is a huge differentiator! * **Resilience and adaptability:** Things change quickly here.
