General support during customer service **ACTIVITIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide customer service via WhatsApp and telephone; * Register orders in the system; * Clarify customer inquiries regarding products and orders; * Organize and forward orders to production/delivery; * Provide general support during customer service. **REQUIREMENTS** * Female; * Over 18 years of age; * Resident of Itaperuna; * Experience in public-facing customer service is a plus. **WORK HOURS, DAYS OF THE WEEK, AND BREAKS** * Monday to Saturday, 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM; Sunday on rotating schedule **COMPENSATION** * Fixed salary: BRL 1627.00 \- additional Sunday pay. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Public Customer Service \- Itaperuna/RJ
