Active participation in HR structuring GENERALIST HR ANALYST Campo Comprido – Curitiba/PR An agribusiness company specializing in genetic modification of seeds and fruit trees seeks a professional to assume a strategic and operational role in Human Resources. This is an excellent opportunity for generalist professionals who enjoy working closely with operations, exercising autonomy, maintaining a process-oriented perspective, and actively contributing to HR structuring. Key Responsibilities \* Manage generalist HR and Personnel Department (DP) routines; \* Control and close electronic timekeeping and hour bank records; \* Support on hiring, terminations, vacations, and payroll processing; \* Develop controls, metrics, and management reports; \* Monitor variable compensation and operational controls; \* Interface with Accounting, Finance, and leadership teams; \* Support implementation of management systems and internal processes; \* Administrative control of corporate assets and documentation. Requirements \* Experience in generalist HR and Personnel Department routines; \* Experience with electronic timekeeping, hour banks, and payroll support; \* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; \* Organized, analytical, and proactive profile; \* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and during organizational structuring. \* Preferred Qualifications \* Experience in mid-sized companies and lean teams; \* Participation in strategic HR implementation; \* Experience implementing management systems; \* Knowledge of metrics and process improvement.
