Opportunity to work at an electrical materials distributor We are assisting an **electrical materials distributor** in hiring an **Accounting and Controller Coordinator**, responsible for managing accounting, tax, and managerial routines, ensuring legal compliance, information quality, and strategic management support. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Organize, guide, and supervise accounting department activities; * Monitor tax calculations and the company's taxation regime; * Analyze trial balances, accounting closings, and profit/loss determinations; * Coordinate financial statements and digital bookkeeping processes (SPED); * Prepare and monitor ancillary obligations and tax declarations; * Identify opportunities to reduce tax burden; * Structure and review chart of accounts and accounting procedures; * Configure accounting and supporting systems; * Maintain accounting books and control assets, depreciation, amortization, and depletion; * Analyze costs and reconcile accounting and financial information; * Prepare managerial, economic, and financial reports; * Calculate economic indicators and monitor budget execution; * Advise corporate management with strategic information; * Interface with internal and external audits. ### **Requirements and Technical Knowledge** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in the field; * Experience in coordination roles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BI tools, and accounting systems (Domínio, Sênior, or similar); * Experience implementing accounting and/or controller systems; * Solid knowledge of Real Profit and Presumed Profit taxation regimes. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Commitment; * Clear and assertive communication; * Results orientation; * Organization and planning; * Analytical and strategic vision.
