Printer installation and configuration Grupo Educacional Bom Jesus is looking for a professional to fill the position of Junior IT Support Technician at our Bom Jesus SESC São José Unit in Curitiba/PR. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support to employees and teachers via phone, remote access, or in person. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Install and configure printers, ensuring proper functionality. Perform other duties inherent to the role. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or currently enrolled in such a program. Knowledge of hardware assembly is desirable. Experience with Google platforms is desirable. Experience in audiovisual equipment (projectors, sound consoles, etc.) is desirable. JOB DETAILS: Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:35 PM\. Work location: Centro \- Curitiba/PR.
