Job Summary: An IT professional to assist with installation, maintenance, and monitoring of equipment, systems, and technical support tickets. Key Highlights: 1. Support in system configuration and validation testing **Responsibilities:** ASSIST WITH INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT; MONITOR SERVICE REQUESTS; ASSIST WITH OPENING, TRACKING, AND MONITORING TECHNICAL SUPPORT TICKETS; MONITOR SYSTEM INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION; MONITOR VALIDATION TESTING OF SOFTWARES/TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT Requirements: **Currently enrolled in or completed** Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Department:** IT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 Meal Allowance: BRL 600.00 + Transportation Voucher + Employee Discount.
