Clarifies inquiries, provides support, registers requests, and resolves medium-complexity issues. Also assists new customers interested in contracting the company's services by delivering complete information and guidance. ***In-person work (Rua Des. Cid Campelo, 4752 – CIC – Curitiba/PR).*** * Requirements * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Courtesy, empathy, organization, commitment, and proactivity * Proven experience in customer support and service (documented in employment record) * Completed high school education * Easy access to CIC (Curitiba – PR) * Working Hours * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Weekly workload: 44 hours **Compensation and Benefits** Salary: BRL 1\.696,24 for the first 6 months (training period).
