Opportunity for professionals committed to attention to detail If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy supporting different areas of the company, this opportunity is for you! * At Padaria Brioche, we seek committed professionals with strong communication skills and attention to detail who wish to grow alongside the team and contribute to the smooth operation of HR and administrative processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in Recruitment and Selection processes; * HR Department routines, including onboarding, vacation management, timekeeping, and benefits administration; * Document and file organization; * Support for employees and managers regarding departmental requests. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Familiarity with labor legislation and HR Department routines; * Prior experience in HR is a plus. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break + 10-minute coffee break). **Salary:** To be discussed **Benefits:** On-site meal, Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance, Food Allowance of R$ 330.00 per month (redeemable at the store).
