Lead integration and system evolution projects **Job Description:** We seek a professional with broad expertise in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) support and projects, with deep understanding of the following areas: Customer Service and E\-Commerce. **Responsibilities:** * Act as a systems analyst and strategic partner for e\-commerce business areas; * Analyze, design, and implement new system processes, ensuring alignment with the company's business rules; * Ensure seamless data flow between the e\-commerce platform and the ERP (and other satellite systems), from order placement to delivery; * Optimize processes and propose systemic solutions to continuously improve digital operations; * Address business-related requests by providing second-level support and resolving critical incidents within the ERP environment; * Define scope, implement, and monitor Integration and System Evolution Projects; * Collaborate with business areas to assess system enhancement needs and translate them into technical requirements; * Serve as the technical interface with developers, consulting firms, and system vendors. **Technical Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Communicative and analytical profile, with strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications; * Proven experience with a robust market ERP (e.g., TOTVS, SAP, Oracle, Sênior, etc.), focusing on Customer Service modules; * Proven experience with Zendesk, acting as a functional and technical specialist responsible for implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of platform modules, with emphasis on automation, integrations, reporting, user experience, and operational scalability; * Solid experience in IT process management and project management; * Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs (applications in JSON/XML, proficiency with Postman or Insomnia) for integration testing; * Experience designing As-Is and To-Be process flows.
