As a market leader in thermal transfer solutions, we are seeking a professional to join the core of our technical operations and customer support. On a daily basis, you will: Master Thermal Technology: Provide specialized support, replacement, and testing of print heads and accessories. Ensure Operational Continuity: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines at our plant. Serve as a Technical Consultant: Support our customers and partners in achieving optimal ribbon application, ensuring best-in-class print performance. Perform Precise Diagnostics: Conduct detailed analysis of electronic components and circuit boards. Provide remote customer support and assistance. What We Are Looking For: Education: Electronics or Electrotechnology Technician qualification. Bench Skills: Proficiency with multimeter, soldering, and oscilloscope. Industrial Perspective: Basic knowledge of automation and electrical systems. Preferred Qualification: Familiarity with thermal printers (Zebra, Argox, Datamax, or Zetex) is a strong advantage! Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:20–18:10; Friday, 08:20–18:00, with a one-hour break.
