We are expanding and seeking talents to further strengthen our team. **Responsibilities:** * Financial and Budgetary Planning; * Develop, monitor, and review financial planning and the annual budget, ensuring alignment with company strategy, efficient resource utilization, and achievement of established goals; * Internal Controls and Governance; * Design, implement, and monitor internal controls within the finance area, ensuring reliability of financial information, compliance with internal policies, and mitigation of operational and financial risks; * Financial and Performance Analysis; * Conduct periodic economic-financial performance analyses, including budget vs. actual comparisons, variance analysis, root cause identification, and proposal of action plans for continuous improvement of results; * Management and Executive Reporting; * Prepare financial and management reports with analytical and executive insight (P&L, cash flow, indicators, KPIs, margins, and costs), delivering insights and recommendations to support senior management; * Cost Management and Operational Efficiency; * Analyze, control, and optimize cost and operational expense structures, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and improved business profitability; * Investment and Feasibility Analysis; * Conduct investment analyses and economic-financial feasibility studies, supporting decisions related to CAPEX, new projects, expansion, acquisitions, and operational improvements; * Strategic Decision-Making Support; * Act as a strategic partner to leadership by providing financial analyses, scenarios, and recommendations to underpin strategic decisions and achieve corporate objectives; * Team Management and Development; * Supervise, develop, and engage the controller team, promoting process discipline, analytical thinking, continuous learning, and high performance. **Requirements:** Degree in Accounting or related fields; Proven experience in controller functions; Knowledge of Sienge is a plus.
