Job Summary: The Visitor Monitor will be responsible for receiving, guiding, and delighting visitors, delivering an engaging and informative experience. Key Highlights: 1. Lead guided tours highlighting the company's history, processes, and culture. 2. Serve as the primary bridge between the company and its visitors. 3. Ensure compliance with safety and organizational standards. **THE POSITION** As a **Visitor Monitor**, you will be responsible for receiving, guiding, and delighting visitors at client companies, providing an engaging, safe, and informative experience. You will serve as the primary bridge between the client company and its visitors, representing the client’s culture, values, and processes. **ON A DAILY BASIS, YOU WILL:** * Conduct guided tours inside the factory, highlighting the company's history, processes, and culture; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and authorized routes; * Prepare and organize institutional materials, promotional items, and visitor kits; * Manage and coordinate appointments via the dedicated website, email, and WhatsApp; * Execute pre- and post-visit activities, including organization, documentation, and satisfaction surveys; * Maintain relationships with other departments of the client company; * Perform inspections, checklists, and request maintenance when necessary; * Participate in meetings, trainings, and program-related events; * Interact with vendors (cleaning, security, catering, etc.); * Update content, propose improvements, and analyze feedback; * Support coordination in preparing briefings, reports, and planning; * Maintain quality, hygiene, and organization of materials and spaces; * Assist in producing internal content about the program. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Communications, Tourism, Languages, Public Relations, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in customer service, reception, or event management; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong public speaking skills and comfort presenting to audiences; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience in reception and/or event management; * Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel. **Location:** Work schedule: Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in Itapissuma during business hours. **Temporary Contract.** Minimum Education Level: Technical Course * Life Insurance * Wellness Allowance * SESC * Vittude * Cafeteria * Health Plan * Commuter Bus * Total Pass
