After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the vehicle checklist process, vehicle registration, and sequencing; * Propose process improvements, conduct pre\-sorting of loads, maintain and strengthen relationships with transportation providers, support direct leadership or coordination in decision\-making regarding the company’s transportation strategies, and monitor and manage Vehicle Average Dwell Time (TMPV) indicators and related actions; * Act as a leader, facilitator, and developer of people and teams within the company, understanding and promoting the company’s strategic goals and guidelines, managing resources (budget, materials, etc.), managing risks with focus on safety (valuing life) and high performance (results), conducting individual alignment sessions (feedback) with team members to foster their personal and professional development, always pursuing efficiency and continuous improvement; * Understand and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, comprehend environmental impacts and risks, and become familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree required in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is desirable; Desirable experience in logistics/transportation routines. * **Worth noting:** Working hours from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well\-being, security, and real opportunities for growth.
