After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Drive continuous process improvement by mapping current processes, identifying opportunities, and designing future-state process maps incorporating improvements. * Develop action timelines and monitor their execution; participate in indicator forums, track service-level metrics, and identify process gaps. * Develop and monitor KPIs, conduct interviews to identify needs, validate data sources, and support development efforts. * Manage the order portfolio, ensuring alignment between demand and inventory. * Ensure order billing, manage customer master data, comply with SLA requirements, and oversee returns and replenishments. Maintain strong customer relationships by holding meetings to define service levels, participating in collaborative projects, and conducting periodic visits to ensure proximity and alignment. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, comprehend environmental impacts and risks, and familiarize oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Logistics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of management tools (PDCA); * Experience with SAP ECC. **Worth noting:** Working hours from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday\-feira **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well\-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
